    Che' realized that a sedentary lifestyle was detrimental to personal health and wellness. Che' has developed a heathy lifestyle initially focused on track and Field, gymnastics and yoga. Through positive coaching experiences he developed a passion for health and fitness which allowed him to focus on his desire to help clients reach their fitness goals. Che' possesses great interpersonal skills which makes him a natural motivator. Che' now utilizes his strong passion and dedication for fitness to instruct group classes and individual personal training.

Stacy Schan

 

Stacy formalized his fitness knowledge in 2014 with the International Sports Sciences Association.

After years of training and being his own test subject, he noticed many contradictions in the information available.

Magazines and videos changed frequently and making sense of it made for a tedious task.

Stacy now builds programs suited to his clients needs and has a high rate of success.

  • ISSA certified fitness instructor and certified senior fitness instructor

Lisa Weekes

Lisa has been a fixture in the Bermuda bodybuilding and fitness scene, winning local titles and representing the island internationally with much success.

All this experience has given her a wealth of knowledge which, along with her accreditation from Penn Foster Career School in Fitness and Nutrition, makes her a formidable trainer.

She has trained many clients in gyms all around the island and is very passionate about helping others achieve and maintain their potential.
