Our 11,000 square foot state of the art health facility on Church Street East features 24 hour access service, two well-maintained weight training areas, a Functional fitness space, 2 class studios with 30+ live instructor and 800+ "On Demand" virtual big screen classes, a large cardio training area with over 30 machines plus TV and WIFI, Diet Center weight loss program, a Kids Zone play center for members children and private parties, a sauna, steam rooms, Jacuzzi, lockers and towel service.

For those of you who are looking to get back on track with your general health or those who perhaps would like to stay on track, we also offer personal training with our certified trainers.
