|Spin-Studio Cycling session, targeting buttocks, thighs & calves for maximum calorie burning. / Spin & Core - A combo class taught by a certified Spinning Instructor, who has a special training in core exercises to stabilize the muscles needed for more efficiency.|
|HIIT||A great conditioning program to increase functional movement, endurance and strength using a variety of equipment.|
|Les Mills RPM||A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results with minimum joint impact.|
|Kettlebell Core Fit||Designed for all fitness levels. This dynamic total body workout will make you sweat, increase your core strength, improve balance and coordination.|
|Les Mills Body Pump||A workout using barbells with adjustable weights. This class strengthens, tones & defines. Burns 500 calories per hour.|
