Che' realized that a sedentary lifestyle was detrimental to personal health and wellness. Che' has developed a heathy lifestyle initially focused on track and Field, gymnastics and yoga. Through positive coaching experiences he developed a passion for health and fitness which allowed him to focus on his desire to help clients reach their fitness goals. Che' possesses great interpersonal skills which makes him a natural motivator. Che' now utilizes his strong passion and dedication for fitness to instruct group classes and individual personal training.
