Denton has been involved for over 20 years in health and fitness. He worked in the largest gym in England as a personal trainer and a fitness instructor. He created his own version of a spin cycle called spin sanity which is a quite popular group session.
His own experience taught him the key to maintaining weight loss which is proper nutrition and “smart” exercise which stands for a specific, measurable, achievable and realistic time period of exercise. He believes that a successful weight loss aspirations needs to have a specific goal with mindful and set intentions.
